The ghosts have different abilities and such!
So make sure to read through them to get a better understanding of the ghosts!

If the fuse box is on and the Jinn uses it's ability it can zap sanity from all players in the room or 3 meters witin it by 25%. If it used it's ability it will produce an EMF 2/3 near the breaker.

Unique Ability
A mare may turn off a light when within 4 meters of a player. The ability has a 10 seconds cooldown which gets reset when turning a light, spammies won't work ;)

Unique Ability
May curse you through the spirit box or Parabolic Microphone. Sanity drail will be doubled and not even holding a candle will prevent drainage.
